17 haul

For a hike now I have been eyeing up the 17 mirror shine lipsticks. So Many love them and I thought it was time I joined the club! I went looking for the revlon lip butters, couldn't find them at my local boots so picked up 3 of these instead! I decided on the popular Beehive, Purple haze and Flirtini. All three are very sheer and give the effect of a gloss would but only wear around an hour. I wouldn't say I love them but they are nice just to throw in your handbag an apply without a mirror!

Glossybox Harods edition

This month, after the hype, I decided to jump on the beauty box bandwagon and order the Harods edition of tue glossybox. I was really looking forward to a Burberry lipstick but ended up with the other box!I won't go into much detail I'm sure you have already heard a lot about the box on various blogs. I have tried the mascara and love it as well the moisturiser (£127 full price!) is pretty good too! My favourite thing has to be the amazing packaging. I'm considering getting the subscription?!

7 deadly sins of beauty tag!

I love a good tag post, so when I saw everyone doing this on youtube, I had to post my responses.

TAG QUESTIONS

1. GREED: What is your most inexpensive beauty item? What is your most expensive?
Inexpensive has to be my natural collection Tinted Moisturiser which I mix with some of my foundations that are too dark or if I want a really lioght coverage.

Expensive has to be the naked palette. I don't know if this counts as it was apresent but if yyou hadn't realised from previous posts; I LOVE IT! Or my Sigma brushes (if that counts?).
2. WRATH: What beauty products do you have a love/hate relationship with? What product has been the hardest to get?
Probably blusher as although I like them, I just cannot work out the point of having them in different colours- they all look the same!!

So far I haven't really found any products that hard to get hold of.
3. GLUTTONY: What are your most delicious beauty products?
Has to be my MAC lipsticks as the taste and smell amazing!!!!
4. SLOTH: What beauty product do you neglect, due to laziness?
Probably primers as many people have said- mainly due to the fact I don't own a very good one!
5. PRIDE: What beauty product gives you the most self confidence?
Defenitely concealer as I have dark circles under my eyes and often blemishes! I also find it hard to leave the house with out my beloved mascara and pressed powder.
6. LUST: What attributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex?
Intelligence, not taking yourself too seriously and being open minded.
7. ENVY: What items would you most like to receive as a gift?
Thats a hard one! At the moment either Chanel bronze universal or perfumes!

NOTD

Just a quick nail o the day! I love this mustard colour by Bourjois. The colour I have is dis-continued but lasted two days without chipping!

FOTD

At the moment I have been wearing the same look every day. Bronze eyes, pink cheeks and pink lips ;) I have been loving my mineralise eyeshadow 'in the sun' and blush 'subtle breeze' both from the naturally MAC collection. Also lipglass in 'style packed' with matching lipstick in 'quick simmer'. I have mainly been using my revelon colour stay foundation with my MAC haute and naughty mascara.

Shop Mac and Tour De Fabulous collection

When MAC madly released so many collections I new that I would have to place an order. Luckily, I didn't do too much damage and only purchased 3 things; a lip pencil, lipstick and lipgloss. I chose a lipstick from the cook MAC collection in quick simmer which matches perfectly with the lip pencil in embrace me. Then I also chose a lipglass in styled packed. Here are some pictures; the lipstick and pencil together, then with the gloss on top and the swatches.

Party Line

My first ever MAC lipstick! I had my eye on this one for a month before buying eventually buying it. Mac describe it as a 'red-toned plum' in which I would agree and is also a creamsheen formula. It wears for around 4 hours when applied straight from the tube. I usually apply a thin layer with my finger, blot and repeat twice, sometimes applying a gloss.

If this lipstick is anything to go by, I shall be purchaseing more in the future! I have my eye on velvet teddy, girl about town and angel.
